an utterly gratuitous picture of me as I prepare to journey mallwards to work at my retail job
I barely recognize myself without my glasses on.
What’s up, tumblr?
Allison gave me a haircut.
I don’t like the lighting in this photo. Whatever.
I think I was going for “ridiculously serious”, but I feel like I landed closer to “taking himself seriously”.
After a night of coding rather than sleeping, the villanously unshaven Mark grudgingly girds his loins and braves the outdoors in pursuit of breakfast.
I built something larger than myself.
This is most of my family that lives/lived here in Charleston, circa 1996. I’m the kid in the middle, and (from left to right) we have:
top row: mom’s mom, mom’s dad, mom, dad, dad’s dad, dad’s mom, dad’s brother
bottomer row: dad’s mom’s mom, dad’s dad’s mom, dad’s mom’s mom’s dad, mom’s mom’s mom
A shave and a haircut can make quite a difference.
